Thermal imaging is a modern, proactive approach to maintenance, using a special camera to take a ‘heat photograph’ of an object. The instrument is easily set up to automatically capture only those images where a temperature limit is exceeded. This way, difficult to find intermittent problems can be captured and analyzed more quickly by concentrating only on the images containing the anomalies.

With a 160 x 120 detector and a temperature sensitivity down to 0.08°C (80mK) (NETD) these powerful tools deliver high resolution images where even the smallest temperature differences can be seen. Extended troubleshooting features allow on the spot analysis in the field, across a wide range of industries and applications ranging from predictive/main¬tenance of electrical/mechanical equipment to product development and quality assurance. Since the cameras work as a stand-alone item, there is no interruption to your business or workflow.
